YOLO-SOLANO AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

RULE 8.3 - DIFFERENT STANDARDS

If any performance standard under the rules of this regulation differs from any applicable standard of any other regulation of the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District Rules and Regulations, the most restrictive standard shall apply except as provided for any emergency provisions.
