YOLO-SOLANO AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

RULE 8.4 - NOTIFICATION

Each owner or operator subject to the provisions of this regulation shall furnish the Air Pollution Control Officer written notification as follows:

1. A notification of the official start up of an affected facility or operation not less than 30 days prior to such date.
2. A notification of the actual start up of an affected facility or operation within 15 days after such date.
