RULE 8.7 - RECORDS OF START UPS, SHUTDOWNS AND MALFUNCTIONS

Each owner or operator subject to the provisions of this regulation shall maintain for a period of two years a record of the occurrence and duration of all start ups, shutdowns or malfunctions in the operation of any affected facility.
