RULE 8.8 - REPORT OF EMISSIONS IN EXCESS OF STANDARDS

Within 30 days following the end of any calendar quarter, the owner or operator of each affected facility shall file with the District a report concerning any periods of emissions in excess of performance standards measured by required monitoring equipment.
