Site Description 

The Bakersfield Fairway Avenue site  is located at another former IMS ’95 site, 401 Fairway, on the SE corner of Fairway and Mount Shasta in Bakersfield.  The site has power, security, and accessibility, but the trees surrounding the former IMS’95 site have matured and could possibly impact the exposure from the west and south.  The site is  located in residential communities with fireplaces and is located S/SE of the Stockdale Highway and could be impacted by vehicular emissions.
