2000 Particulate Monitoring Network Description
The 2000 California Particulate Matter Monitoring Network Description describes the particulate matter monitoring strategy for California through June 2001 (when the 2001 update will be completed). On June 30, 2000, the ARB submitted the 2000 Network Description to the Regional Administrator of the U.S. EPA Region 9.
