2001 Particulate Monitoring Network Description
The 2001 California PM2.5 Monitoring Network Description describes the particulate matter monitoring strategy for California through June 2002. Reviewers of a draft of the report included the air districts in California, the U.S. EPA Region IX, and a large number of the general public who had expressed interest in the process. The ARB submitted the 2001 Network Description to the Regional Administrator of the U.S. EPA Region IX for approval.
