1999 Particulate Monitoring Network Description
The 1999 California Particulate Matter Monitoring Network Description described the particulate matter monitoring strategy for California through June 2000 (when the 2000 update was completed). On June 30, 1999, the ARB submitted the 1999 Network Description to the Regional Administrator of the U.S. EPA Region 9.
