ARB Comments
Cautionary Comments:

*** Permissive Burn Day ***

No significant changes to the pattern as the upper ridge remains over the west and the closed upper low spins over soCal/AZ, bringing continued similar warm and dry and calm conditions: winds L+V 3-5mph tending slight northerly, temps 10-15degrees above normal in the upper 70s and even 80s in nValley, and mixing hgts lower at 1,500-1,800ft due to the high pressure. I upped the acres if anyone needs it. Enjoy

24hr Outlook and Extended Period:
*** Permissive Burn Day ***
On Tuesday, increased instability and mid-level moisture over Tuolumne County brings chance of generating isolated mountain thunderstorms. On Wednesday, a weak shortwave trough will move through bringing chance of isolated showers over northern Shasta County.
Mixing Height Discussion:
Valley: Mixing heights 1,500-1,800 feet
Winds:
Valley: L+V 3-5mph tending slight northerly
Delta: L+V 3-5mph tending slight northerly
