Sample Product Disposition

At the completion of the abrasive certification testing, arrangements will be made for the disposition of your company's sample, and it will be billed for the cost of the testing and for the disposition of the sample . You will be sent the test results upon payment of the invoice.

Be sure to include the desired disposition of each sample after testing. We need to know whether your company would like the sample returned, or whether it would like us to dispose of the sample. If your company would like us to return the sample, please complete and return the Statement of Reuse. We will contact you to arrange a collect shipment to your company's facility. If your company would like us to dispose of the sample, we will arrange the appropriate means of disposal for products. All costs associated with the disposition of the sample will be billed to your company.
