Instructions for the On-Line Use of the Presentation
This page provides instructions on how to use the on-line
speaking notes, how to use the on-line slides,
and instructions for downloading the entire presentation.
On-Line Speaking Notes

The text is not designed to be read word for word throughout the presentation,
but focuses on key concepts and phrases suggested for use with each slide. On many pages, suggested speaking
language is provided. Some slides require additional information on your area's or local air program's accomplishments
and challenges. Contact information for your area is available here. The slide box at the top of each speaking notes page contains either
the slide exactly as the audience will see it (for some graphic and text slides only) or summarized information
that pertains to information in a photo or graphic.
At the top of each page are a series of links to be used in navigating through
the speaking notes. The following controls are:

This control will bring up the presentation home page. |

This control will bring up the Speaking Note Page associated with the previous slide. |

This control will bring up the Speaking Note Page associated with the next slide. |

Each slide can be viewed on-line and is interlinked with the associated
speaking note text. The following controls are seen on the slide pages and are used in navigation through
the slides and into the speaking note text:

Instructions for Downloading the Presentation
The speaking notes text, as well as all of the text slides, are available for download in their original powerpoint file entitled 50thFinal. All slides including all of the historical photos and the "Cleanest Air in 30 Years" graphical slide are combined in a powerpoint file entitled Presentation_Slides The Presentation_Slides file does not contain any of the speaking notes and is designed for use with an electronic image projector or conversion into 35mm slides for use in a slide projector.
