Repealed Stats 1988 ch 1568 § 24. The repealed section related to implementation program for basinwide district plan.

Amendments:
1976 Amendment:
Amended the first paragraph by (1) deleting "county" after "Each"; (2) deleting "or unified district which is included, in whole or in part, within an air basin" before "shall submit"; and (3) substituting "the" for "such" after "in which".
1977 Amendment:
(1) Amended the first paragraph by (a) substituting "adopt" for "submit to the state board" after "shall"; and (b) adding all that part after "is located"; and (2) substituted the second paragraph for the former second paragraph, which read: "The program shall be revised, if necessary, whenever there is a review of the basinwide air pollution control plan, or upon request of the state board."
