Lydia H. Kennard

Lydia H. Kennard is the former Executive Director of Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA),
serving from 1999-2003 and again from late 2005 through early 2007. As
LAWA Executive Director, Ms. Kennard was responsible for the operations
of four Los Angeles-area airports -- Los Angeles International, Ontario
International, Palmdale Regional and Van Nuys.
Ms. Kennard is a director of AMB Property, Inc., a global developer and
operator of industrial real estate; a director of Intermec, an
industrial technologies company; a director of
URS, a multinational professional services corporation; a trustee of
the Rand Corporation and the University of Southern California; and a
member of the UniHealth Foundation Board.
Ms. Kennard's academic credentials include a juris doctorate from
Harvard Law School, a master's degree in City Planning from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Urban
Planning and Management from Stanford University.
