Public Hearing to Consider Amendments to the California Consumer Products Regulation Pertaining to Automotive Windshield Washer Fluid Products | |
Staff will present to the Board proposed amendments to the Consumer Products Regulation to clarify and redefine areas of the State where automotive windshield washer fluid products with higher volatile organic compound (VOC) content can be sold. These products are needed to provide anti-freeze protection in areas that routinely experience freezing temperatures during the winter months. | ||

will present an update on California's Smog Check Program which is
undergoing significant changes in response to AB 2289 (Eng, Chapter
258, Statutes of 2010). The presentation will also include an
update on the Bureau of Automotive Repair's two Vehicle Retirement
programs administered by the Bureau, the Consumer Assistance Program
(CAP) and the Enhanced Fleet Modernization Program (EFMP). |
