Pollution Control District
Order No. 070297-04 of the Great Basin Unified Air Pollution Control District requires the City of Los Angeles (City) to implement certain PM-10 control measures on the dry bed of Owens Lake. The City appealed this order as provided in Health and Safety Code section 42316, and the Board heard the appeal on May 22, 1998. The Board then continued this matter until its June 25, 1998 hearing, at which the parties requested an additional one-month continuance to finalize a settlement agreement. The Board will resume consideration of the City's appeal on July 30, 1998.

will make a presentation to the Board summarizing the findings and conclusions
of the Panel.
|98-8-3||Public Meeting to Update the Board on the Status of the ARB's Zero-Emission
Vehicle (ZEV) Program and ZEV Technology

this item is intended to update the Board on the status of battery technology.
