Background
The Supplemental Report of the 2012 Budget Act item 3900 001-0001, and Senate Bill 1018 (Statutes of 2012), require ARB to provide the Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC) with multiple reports on its activities and resources to implement the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (Assembly Bill 32 or AB 32). The first report was prepared by ARB in January of 2013.
This web page will be updated semi-annually as new reports are released.
