Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting

Reporting of greenhouse gas emissions is required by the California Global Warming Solutions Act (Assembly Bill 32, 2006). The Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions was first approved by the Air Resources Board in December 2007 and became effective in January 2009.  Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reported was based on the requirements and methods in this version of the regulation for the 2008, 2009, and 2010 emission data reports.
