Draft Scoping Plan Economic Analysis Supplement Peer Review Comments and Responses

In September 2008, ARB released an Economic Analysis Supplement to the Climate Change Draft Scoping Plan. The Economic Supplement was submitted for peer review. Peer review comments and ARB staff responses are available below. An updated version of the economic analysis was released as Appendix G of the Proposed Scoping Plan.

Peer Review Comments and ARB Staff Responses:

ARB staff discussed the peer review comments and other comments received on the economic analysis at the Economic and Technology Advancement Advisory Committee (ETAAC) meeting on December 5, 2008. This discussion will include an overview of additional analysis ARB has conducted since release of the Proposed Scoping Plan.

The Board approved the Proposed Scoping Plan at its December 11, 2008 public hearing.
