This page provides
the public and stakeholders opportunities to provide comments on the DRAFT AB 32 Scoping Plan and Appendices
pursuant to AB 32.
Comments
can be submitted by area of interest, as specified below.
Please
select the area you feel is most appropriate for your comment. The
comment period begins June
26, 2008. CARB requests comments on the DRAFT
Scoping Plan document by August
1, and the Appendices by August 11, 2008. ARB will continue to accept comments on the AB
32 DRAFT Scoping Plan on this web page until
October 2, 2008. Please
note that there is a delay period between the time you submit your
comment on the "Submit Comments" web page, and the time it is posted to
the "View Comments" web page. Your written
comments, attachments, and
associated contact information (e.g. your address, phone, email, etc.)
become part of the viewable public record. Additionally, this
information may become available via Google, Yahoo, and any other
internet search engine. Additionally, to view all formal letters and comments on the Scoping Plan prior to June 26, 2008.
