Report on Assessment of California's Statewide Air Monitoring Network for the ARB's Children's Environmental Health Protection
Program (SB 25)

This page updated October 14, 2003.

The Children's Environmental Health Protection Act, Senate Bill 25 (SB 25) (Chapter 731, Escutia, Statutes of 1999), focuses on children's exposure to air pollutants. The Act requires ARB to review the Board's air quality standards from a children's health perspective, evaluate the statewide air monitoring network, and develop any additional air toxic control measures needed to protect children's health. ARB staff prepared a report on the "Assessment of California's Statewide Air Monitoring Network for the Children's Environmental Health Protection Act (SB 25)."
