The primary goal of our Automotive Refinishing Pollution Prevention Outreach Program
(ARPPO) is to decrease the quantity of pollutants produced at the community level.
Our program focuses on the spray technicians, training them on the methods developed by the
Iowa Reduction Center's Tehcnique Analysis & Research (STAR®) Program.
The Air Resources Board's ARPPO Program teaches spray techniques, and provides
state-of-the-art technology designed to further improve transfer efficiency.
The techniques and technology we use in our ARPPO Program are applicable to a wide range
of coatings operations that impact California's air, water, and land.
