This item has now reached the Formal Rulemaking stage. The Initial Statement of Reasons (ISOR) Proposed Amendments to the California Regulation for Reducing Emissions from Consumer Products and Test Method 310: Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds in Consumer Products and Reactive Organic Compounds in Aerosol Coating Products (a.k.a. the "Staff Report" for the 2010 Proposed Amendments to the Consumer Products Regulation) has been posted to the Formal Rulemaking page.
