Consumer Products Program's Technical Assessment for Automotive Maintenance and Repair (AMR) Products

We have posted the Consumer and Commercial Products Survey for the Technical Assessment for Automotive Maintenance and Repair (AMR) Products.  While providing information on your research and development efforts is optional, we encourage all responsible parties for Brake Cleaners, Carburetor or Fuel-Injection Air Intake Cleaners, and aerosol General Purpose Degreasers sold in California to complete the questionnaire.  One Ingredient Information form is to be completed for each product category in which you sell products.  The data you provide will help us determine whether the compliance date of December 31, 2010, remains feasible.  We are requesting that you return your completed form(s) to us by April 30, 2010.
