The preliminary data summaries for the 2006 Consumer and Commercial Products Survey for six categories:  Double Phase Aerosol Air Fresheners, Glass Cleaners (non-aerosol), General Purpose Cleaners (non-aerosol), General Purpose Degreasers (non-aerosol), General Purpose Degreasers (labeled not for retail sale), and Furniture Maintenance Products (aerosol) have been posted.

The Initial Statement of Reasons for the Proposed Amendments to the Consumer Products Regulation (2008 Amendments) has been posted.

February 8, 2007
We have posted the notice and agenda for a March 5, 2008 public workshop for the Consumer Products Regulation Amendments to be heard at the June 2008 Board Hearing.  We have also posted the following documents:  the Proposed Amendments to the Consumer Products Regulation (regulatory language), The Draft Proposed Regulatory Categories and Definitions, and a new Table of Proposed Limits.
