March 10, 1999:  Reporting Form

Lower VOC limits for personal fragrance products sold in California became effective on January 1, 1999. A reporting form and associated cover letter are available.

February 24, 1993:  Consumer Products Registration Packet

Any company is required to submit data if its name appears on the label of a product in any of the regulated products categories found in the Registration Packet and is sold for use in California.
