Mission Statement

To promote retrofitting of existing diesel vehicles and equipment in California by developing voluntary programs, soliciting funding for incentives and providing non monetary recognition to owners and operators who voluntarily retrofit.

Workgroup Objectives

  • To suggest and assist in developing specific programs that the ARB can implement for recognition of voluntary efforts.

  • To suggest and assist in developing a strategy for further incentive programs.

  • To suggest and assist in developing a strategy for gaining participation in voluntary programs.
