The Air Resources Board has conditionally verified the Cleaire Phoenix diesel retrofit system for rubber tired and tracked off-road vehicles and equipment. The Phoenix system reduces emissions of diesel particulate matter by at least 85 percent and is designated as a Level 3 plus system. The Phoenix system is compatible with off-road vehicles using diesel fuel that contains up to 20 percent biodiesel. Specific conditions for which the Phoenix system has been approved may be found in the conditional verification letter below.
