The Air Resources Board has conditionally verified the Rypos ActiveDPF/C3+^TM active diesel particulate filter at a Level 3 Plus diesel emission control device for application to diesel engines on rubber tired gantry (RTG) cranes, both diesel-electric and diesel-hudraulic, when used on certified Tier 3, 2, or 1, or pre-certification diesel engines, subject to the terms and conditions specified below.  Level 3 Plus conditional verification means that the system will reduce diesel particulate matter (PM) emissions by 85 percent or more and meets the January 2009 NO₂ limit.  For complete information please view the verification letter below.
