REGULATION III - PERMITS

RULE 3.2 - EXISTING EMISSION SOURCES

It is required that all owners or operators of existing equipment, machinery, contrivances or places of business that send emissions into the atmosphere, be registered or permitted with the Air Pollution Control District. Such registration or permit shall be on a form acceptable to the Air Pollution Control Officer.
