RULE 204 - APPLICATIONS

Every application for a permit required under Rule 201 shall be filed in the manner and form prescribed by the Air Pollution Control Officer, and shall give all the information necessary to enable the Air Pollution Control Officer to properly assess the project and to make the determination required by these Rules. The Air Pollution Control Officer, at any time, may require from an applicant for, or the holder of, any District permit, such information, analyses, plans or specifications which will disclose the nature, extent, quantity, or degree of air contaminants which are, or may be, discharged by the source.
