RULE 209 - IMPLEMENTATION PLANS
(Adopted prior to 3/17/80; revised 9/14/99)

The Air Pollution Control Officer may issue an Authority to Construct for a new Stationary Source or Modification which is subject to Rule 207 only if all Air Pollution Control District regulations contained in the State Implementation Plan approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency are being carried out in accordance with that plan.
