LASSEN COUNTY AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT

RULE 6:1 - APPLICABILITY

This Rule shall apply to all new stationary sources and all modifications to existing stationary sources which, after construction, emit or may emit any affected pollutants. This rule shall not apply to prescribed burning of forest, agricultural or range land, road construction or any other nonpoint source common to timber harvesting or agricultural practices. At the discretion of the Air Pollution Control Officer, Sections 6:4(e), 6:4(f), and 6:4(h) may not apply to any new or modified stationary source which is not subject to Sections 6:4(a) and 6:4(b).
