NORTHERN SIERRA AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

RULE 425 - CANCELLATION OF AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT
(Adopted: September 11, 1991)

An Authority to Construct shall be canceled one year from the date of issuance unless reasonable progress on facility or modification construction can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Air Pollution Control Officer.
