The USEPA Speciate database is an application that can be installed in the Windows 2000 environment present at the ARB. The instructions, and supporting documentation are linked to, below. To install, download the executable file spec32.exe (below), and put it into a temporary directory. Then double click on the file and follow the installation instructions that then appear.

If your browser is set up correctly (and you have the above applications installed on your PC), you can also just left-click on the link, and it will open as a document of one of the above formats in your browser. If you open the file in your browser, you can return to this page, by hitting the BACK key on your browser.
