| On April 19, 2005, routine sampling of the American River Car Wash service station found that the regular, mid-grade and premium grades of gasoline had RVPs that exceeded the summertime standard. A Notice of Violation was issued along with an offer of settlement for $1,000. The check has been received and the case closed during June 2005. |
