BEACON RVP CASE SETTLES FOR $1,000 |
| Routine fuels sampling on May 5, 2005, revealed that a Beacon service station in Concord was selling mid-grade gasoline with a Reid vapor pressure (RVP) of 7.59 psi and a premium gasoline with an RVP of 8.12 psi. The summertime maximum RVP limit is 7.2 psi. The case was settled for $1,000 and the fine was paid by the supplier of the fuel. |
