ARB documented violations as they related to the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP) and the Engine Model Year Compliance Schedule for the Truck and Bus Regulation. To settle the case, Bekins Moving Solutions, Inc. agreed to the $9,750.00 penalty and to comply with the PSIP program.
