BELCO CASE SETTLES FOR $5,000 |
| During a routine inspection of a Raley's Store in Sacramento samples of Sebastian Shaper and Sebastian Shaper Zero hairspray were obtained. The samples did not meet the California VOC limit of 55% for hairsprays. During the investigation, it was determined that 722 units of the products had been sold in California. Belco settled the violations on December 27, 2007 with a payment of $5,000. |
