CAMACHO BROKERS, INC. CASE SETTLES FOR $4,000 |
| An investigation by the ARB showed that Camacho Brokers, Inc. failed to properly self-inspect the portion of their diesel engine vehicle fleet that falls under the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP). The case was settled with Camacho Brokers, Inc. paying $4,000 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating air quality regulations, and agreeing to comply with the PSIP. This settlement was reached in March 2007. |
