CAPPS VAN AND CAR RENTAL AKA LOWE'S TO GO |
| During April 2002, the Air Resources Board and Capps Van and Car Rental, also known as "Lowe's To Go Truck Rental" agreed to a $50,000 settlement for providing non-California certified trucks to Lowe's Home Improvement Centers in California for customer rental use. More details on this settlement will be reported in the Enforcement Division highlights next month. |
