CHEM-PAC SOLUTIONS, INC. CASE SETTLES FOR $2,000

In 2006, Chem-Pac Solutions, Inc. supplied and offered for sale in California, Wicked Products Lightning Shine Metal Polish and Wicked Products Lightning Shine Liquid Wax products subject to the Consumer Products Regulation.  Neither of the products clearly displayed on the container the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured, nor a code indicating such date, as required in section 94512(b) of the regulations.  After review of the company’s tax records, the case was settled on April 21, 2008 for $2,000.
