Delicious Brands Case Settles for $3,000

On March 3, 2011, a case was settled with Delicious Brands for selling non-compliant liquid/pump air freshener into California that exceeded the 18 percent by weight volatile organic compound (VOC) limit in the Consumer Products Regulation, Title17, California Code of Regulations (CCR), section 94509(a). The company was also in violation of 94512(c) Additional Product Dating Requirements for not filing an explanation of their product code on an annual basis beginning in 2006. The company paid $3,000.00 to settle the case.
