FRANK'S ONE STOP FUELS CASE SETTLES FOR $2,000 |
| In response to a complaint, investigation of the sale of leaded racing fuel for use in street vehicles found that on July 16, 2004, this Manteca service station had leaded fuel available for street use. Additionally, the leaded fuel was being dispensed through a narrow nozzle designed for unleaded fuel, rather than the wider nozzle that is required for leaded fuel. The case has been settled for $2,000 and closed. |
