This page last reviewed December 13th, 2013.

In August 2013, Fredy Santos paid $375.00 for violating air quality regulations: $281.25 was paid to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality; $93.75 was paid to the Peralta Colleges Foundation to fund emission education classes conducted by participating California community colleges, under the California Council for Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET) program.

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Fredy Santos failed to timely report all required information for all vehicles in the fleet for which they elected to utilize the compliance options/credits/provisions of the Truck & Bus Regulation. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck & Bus Regulation. To settle the case, Fredy Santos agreed to the $375.00 penalty and to comply with the Truck & Bus Regulation and other ARB programs.
