Grange Debris Box & Wrecking Co., Inc. provides waste and recycling services in Marin County, California. In November 2011, Grange Debris Box & Wrecking Co., Inc. agreed to pay $4,125.00 in penalties; $3,094.00 to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $1,031.00 to the Peralta Community College District for violating air quality regulations. An investigation by the ARB showed that Grange Debris Box & Wrecking Co., Inc. failed to comply with the solid waste collection vehicle rule by neglecting to install legally required emission-reduction devices by applicable compliance dates.
