HI-GRADE MATERIALS CASE SETTLES FOR $27,375 |
| An investigation by the ARB showed that Hi-Grade Materials failed to properly self-inspect the portion of their diesel engine vehicle fleet that falls under the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP). The case was settled with Hi-Grade Materials paying $27,375 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating air quality regulations, and agreeing to comply with the PSIP. This settlement was reached in March 2007. |
