Innovent Motors Case Settles for $5,277.20

In August 2010, the ARB reached a settlement with Innovent Motors. (Innovent) that included $5,277.20 to the California Air Pollution Fund for selling and offering for sale non-California certified on-road motorcycles. An investigation by the ARB showed that Innovent offered for sale non-California certified on-road motorcycles. The ARB documented the sales of these non-California certified off-road recreational vehicles back in December 2008. To settle the case, Innovent agreed to the $5,277.20 penalty.
