KMI CASE SETTLES FOR $3,000 |
| On March 14, 2008, a case was settled with KMI
concerning 1,500 units of Jellyfish Styling Gel products that were sold
in California between 2004 and 2007. The products did not comply with
the 6% volatile organic compound (VOC) limit for hair styling gels
effective January 1, 1994. KMI paid $3,000 to settle the case. |
