| On January 18, 2005, samples of Liquid Nails Clear Small Projects & Repair Adhesive were obtained from a Yardbirds store in Petaluma. The adhesive product did not comply with the 10 percent VOC limit for general purpose adhesives. During the investigation, it was determined that many units of the adhesive had been sold in California. Macco settled the violations on for a payment of $225,000. |
