NOR-CAL BIKE SALES CASE SETTLES FOR $2,500 |
| The Strategic Environmental Investigations (SEI) Unit, in a joint effort with the Mobile Source Enforcement Section (MSES), has closed its investigation of Nor-Cal Bike Sales after a recent case settlement. Nor-Cal Bike Sales was displaying and offering for sale: one illegal non-California certified motorcycle on their showroom floor and other motorcycles that were not certified on their web pages. The investigation was settled by ARB’s Legal Office on August 8, 2000, and resulted in a $2,500 fine levied against Nor-Cal. |
